Room allotment
The client shall have the right to cancel the accommodation reservation without liability to compensate the hotel within the framework of the following cancellation periods:
- Until 01.11.2025 – 100% of the room nights can be cancelled without charge
- Until 31.12.2025 – 50% of the remaining room nights can be cancelled without charge
- Until 30.01.2026 – 25% of the remaining room nights can be cancelled without charge
For cancellations exceeding the allowed above or late cancellations, the hotel shall be entitled to charge the organizer the full rate for the entire period booked.
The organizer will be charged the full rate for allotments for the reserved dates unless the booking is cancelled within the confirmed cancellation period.
The organizer is also responsible for cancellations made by guests until the liability for cancellations is transferred to the individual guest.
The liability of individual guest begins 1.2.2026. After that, individual guests are liable for cancellations/no show.
